Hayley williams drops 17 new songs in website

On July 28, 2025, Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams quietly surprised everyone by releasing 17 brand‑new songs on her official website . Instead of using Spotify or Apple Music, she tucked the tracks behind a special code—like a treasure hunt for fans.

How Fans Got Access?

You can only listen to the songs if you have a 16‑digit access code. Where do you get it? By buying a product from Hayley’s hair dye company, Good Dye Young, especially the new marigold-yellow shade called “Ego” . After purchase, she sends the code by email—and with it, the website unlocks.

A message even says: “If you don’t have an email with a code, maybe ask a friend for theirs.” Some fans are sharing codes on Reddit and social media already .

What’s Inside the Website?

The site looks like an old‑school Windows desktop with MP3 files laid out randomly, and an orange wallpaper of Hayley’s dog Alf repeating behind everything . Clicking a file plays the song right there.

Origins & Live Debut

One song, “Mirtazapine,” premiered on Nashville’s WNXP radio station around July 23 and then was performed live by Hayley with Bleachers at the Newport Folk Festival on July 25 .

These are her first new solo tracks since her 2021 album FLOWERS for VASES / descansos and before that Petals for Armor in 2020.

Why This Feels Special?

It’s not a regular album drop—it’s more of a secret gift tied to her creative business and her fans.

The vintage website style and the direct audio player give it a DIY and personal vibe, not corporate polish.

It adds mystery—are these 17 songs a new full album? A stream-only release? We don’t know yet—but it feels like Hayley is exploring new territory with this DIY drop.

In short: Hayley Williams surprised fans by dropping 17 new songs in a low‑key, creative way on July 28, 2025. It’s a blend of music, art, and marketing—only accessible with a special code through her hair dye brand. It feels personal, playful, and fresh. Fans are buzzing with excitement and sharing codes around. The future might reveal whether this becomes a formal album or streaming release later.
